FAQ
Answers to common questions from employers, partners, and candidates.
What type of agencies do you work with?
We work with licensed recruitment agencies and staffing companies that have access to qualified candidate pools in Asia (Philippines, India, Nepal, Bangladesh), the former Soviet Union (Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan), Africa, and Pakistan. Partners can be sourcing-only, or provide full placement services — we structure the relationship based on what you already have and what you need from us.
What do you bring to the partnership that our agency doesn't already have?
Most agencies we partner with are strong on candidate sourcing but need verified European employer demand, country-specific compliance knowledge, and permit processing support. We provide confirmed vacancies from verified European employers, compliance frameworks for 25+ country permit systems, document checklists and translation coordination, and a structured pipeline model that reduces dropout rates.
How is the fee split between our agency and Worldview Migration?
Fee structure is defined in the partnership agreement and depends on the scope of each party’s contribution. Agencies who supply only candidates receive a per-head referral fee. Agencies who manage the full candidate process (sourcing, screening, document preparation) operate on a higher fee share. We do not publish standard rates — contact us to discuss the structure that fits your model.
What are your volume expectations from a partner agency?
We don’t have a minimum volume requirement for new partners. We prefer to begin with a pilot order of 5–10 workers to establish the workflow and verify quality on both sides, then scale from there. Partners who consistently deliver qualified, document-ready candidates within agreed timelines receive priority access to new vacancy orders.
How do you handle situations where a candidate drops out after placement?
We have a replacement guarantee in place with employers. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we coordinate a replacement. Whether the agency fee is returned or credited depends on the terms of your specific partnership agreement — this is defined upfront, not retroactively.
Do you require exclusivity from partner agencies?
No. We do not require exclusivity on either side. You can work with other European intermediaries simultaneously. We do ask for transparency about which vacancies you are working on to avoid competing submissions of the same candidate to the same employer.
What documentation do you need from us to start a partnership?
To initiate a formal partnership, we need: your agency registration documents, confirmation of your licensing status in your country of operation, a sample candidate profile to assess quality, and a signed partnership agreement. Contact us through the B2B enquiry form and we’ll send the full onboarding checklist.
Can we submit candidates for countries where we have no existing experience?
Yes — this is often the point of the partnership. If you have strong candidate supply from a specific country but no established relationships with European employers, we provide the employer access and permit expertise. You bring the candidates; we bring the market.
