Worldview Migration operates under two registered Ukrainian legal entities with experience in international recruitment, visa services, and immigration consulting. Our team has placed workers in European markets across multiple sectors and nationalities.
Are you a licensed recruitment or immigration company?
Yes. We operate through legally registered entities and work within the regulatory frameworks of the countries where we place workers. For employer-facing services, we hold the necessary registrations to act as an intermediary in international recruitment.
What countries do your team have direct expertise in?
Our primary expertise covers European destination markets: Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal, the Balkans (Serbia, Montenegro, Albania), and the Baltic states. We also have operational knowledge of source markets including the Philippines, India, Georgia, Nepal, Bangladesh, and various African countries.
How do you ensure that the employers you work with are legitimate?
We verify employer registration, tax compliance status, and employment history before confirming any partnership. We do not work with employers who have records of labour violations or who request candidate fee contributions. All employer relationships are formalised through signed agreements that define compliance obligations on both sides.
