Worldview Migration LLC provides information and consulting services only. These include, but are not limited to:

- Labour migration consulting and documentation support
- Student migration and educational placement consulting
- Recruitment consulting and international employment intermediary services
All services provided are informational and consultative in nature. Worldview Migration LLC does not guarantee the issuance of any visa, permit, or approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant governmental authorities of the destination country.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information and professional guidance, Worldview Migration LLC cannot guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to visa approval, work permit issuance, or successful employment placement. Immigration decisions are made exclusively by government authorities and are subject to change without notice.
5. User Responsibilities

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is governed exclusively by the terms of the individual service agreement signed with the client. A refund may be considered in cases where a documented error was made on the part of Worldview Migration LLC in the preparation or quality of documents. No refunds will be issued for completed services where no such error occurred, or for outcomes determined by third-party authorities (e.g., visa rejections).
Cancellation of services is not available once a service has been initiated, unless otherwise specified in the individual service agreement.
